Peanut Butter Cookies...

So tonight we made Peanut butter Cookies and they are sooo good. So here is the recipe. It really is easy....

1 cup butter or margarine, softened
1 cup sugar
2/3 cup packed brown sugar
1 cup chunky peanut butter
2 egg
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup old-fashioned oats
2 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cups semisweet chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS
In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugars; beat in peanut butter, egg and vanilla. Combine flour, oats, baking soda and salt; stir into the creamed mixture. Stir in chocolate chips. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake at 350 degrees F for 12-13 minutes or until golden brown. Cool 1 minute before removing to a wire rack.

Try them and let me know if you like them or not. This week I was able to go and help paint the set for Boise Music Week. They are performing Beauty and the Best. The set looks awesome. It was tons of fun, I went on Saturday and will be going back on Tuesday to help. They also want me to come back during the performance and help out back stage during the performance on Friday and Saturday. It feels good to be involved in something.
