This is a picture of the kids with Santa at the ward christmas party....
This last weekend we were really busy, we had the Ward Christmas Party on Friday, (which turned out beautiful!) and then on Saturday we went to Horseshoe Bend where there is a train that takes you up to the "North Pole" to see Santa.
We took the kids on this and had a blast. We went with a whole bunch of friends and that of course made it even better. Jesiah being the Smart boy that he is, said that it was not the "North Pole" at all, one there was no snow, two we didn't even leave Boise and three we were not in our PJs. Ok so we tried to explain that this Polar Express we didn't have to have our PJs on, and that we did leave Boise, but we had a hard time explainin
g the no snow thing. I thought that kids were believers of everything until age like....um...12 or so. I guess I am wrong on that one. Kassia on the other hand had a blast and loved every minute of it. The train ride took about thirty minutes up, and thirty minutes back. We were in "Santa's Village" for about thirty minutes. We did get a cookie and chocolate milk. That was good!
